Its most notorious geographic feature is the continuous landslide at Portuguese Bend.Palos Verdes is known for its natural beauty and Mediterranean weather.

Trump National Golf Course,Wayfarers Chapel, Terranea Resort are just of a few of the many attractions that make the Palos Verdes Peninsula one of the California leading tourist destinations.
